Our vision is to be the most respected supplier to automotive service providers.
Our mission on how we get there is:
Mike’s experiences have shaped his extensive understanding of the unique needs of customers in different channels of the automotive aftermarket. He has been serving customers in the automotive aftermarket for over 20 years.
In the late 1990’s / early 2000’s, he led the turnaround of the Sears Automotive Group, which included over 1,100 Sears Auto Centers and National Tire & Battery shops. After that, he led the turnaround of Pep Boys and its 550+ supercenters (service, retail & wholesale under one roof) plus the opening of 250+ new service & tire centers. Mike also helped to quickly re-position a successful regional warehouse distributor with high product availability and customer service levels.
The core operations of The Parts House are based in Florida. The portfolio of investments in the automotive aftermarket that Mike manages also includes XL Parts, whose core operations are in Texas, as well as interests in future automotive technologies involving data, autonomy, and mobility.
